A journey shaped by innovation, grounded in values, and made possible by our people.
At Usaka Engineers, every year has been a step forward—towards Building Trust, Quality, and Progress.
Usaka Engineers was founded by Mr. K.L. Ahuja, who brought valuable experience from the Indian Railways and Ministry of Defense. With a small workshop and a bold vision, he laid the foundation for a company driven by innovation, quality, and integrity.
We forged strategic partnerships with industry leaders like Escorts Group and Avery India, strengthening our presence. During this pivotal year, Mr. Ashim Ahuja, representing the second generation, joined the business.
As customer trust deepened and orders grew, we proudly became a Tier-1 supplier to Escorts Yamaha and a Tier-2 vendor for Hero Honda. Our long-standing relationship with Avery India continued to flourish, further cementing our reputation for reliability and quality.
Building on our strong domestic presence, we proudly partnered with Yamaha for local supply, further strengthening our credibility in the automotive sector. This milestone also marked our foray globally, as we began exporting components to countries like Brazil and France. Around the same time, we established our in-house tool room—enabling us to offer customized tooling solutions tailored to diverse customer requirements.
With a team that has grown from 50 to over 250 dedicated professionals, we’ve significantly upgraded our operations. Enhanced infrastructure, increased production capacity, and a sharper focus on efficiency have prepared us to meet tomorrow’s challenges with confidence.
From one small workshop to a trusted name in sheet metal and tubular parts—our journey has been shaped by dedication, innovation, and the strength of our people. And this is just the beginning.
A Growing Percentage of Our Workforce is Strong, Skilled Women Driving Innovation and Excellence. We are proud to have talented women in our workforce, making up a vital part of our team. Their expertise and innovation play a key role in driving our success and shaping the future of engineering.
